Wedding of the Century

As Ms. Laura Elizabeth Pratt walked through the beautiful garden and down the aisle on the arm of her brother, you would have thought there was no other bride in all the world more radiant in that particular moment. As she made her approach to the altar where her beloved groom, on which she had waited half of a century for, the reality of God's immense faithfulness and goodness was so amazingly demonstrated in this wedding. As Mr. David Stuart Nelson waited for his bride to make her way to the altar, there was such an joyful expectation and anticipation. I along with the over 600 wedding attendees had tears of thankfulness and joy over such a union. Mrs. Laura is such an amazing woman of God, and I count it a high privilege and an honor to have been able to share this momentous day with them. Congratulations Mr. David and Mrs. Laura!!! Today we rejoice with those who rejoice.


These are the women of the Merino family, who have so graciously and loving unofficially adopted me into their family. Mimi, Lorenza, and Cheli. For me they have been such a wonderful blessing and they take some of the sting out of homesickness.
